How good are your wheels?

Last week I decided to have my 18"MV2 wheels refurbished at Alloyfix in Westerhope,Newcastle.Tony the owner kindly loaned me his spare set to run while mine were powdercoated but insisted I watch while he checked mine over before leaving. What a surprise I got having done 8000mls in last year and always thought the balance and ride were good.One front was ok but the other and both rears had flat spots but no cracks.Tony advised they should be trued up but my call as extra cost.I was sceptical as the car was always planted when driven hard on our country roads but I am pleased to have taken his advice. The finished result in bmw silver not only looks good but after a thrash to Hartside-Cafe today proved it actually steers and rides much better.£340 well spent and a recommendation from me to Alloyfix 08002118616 top job.`
 
hi do you have any pics, just purchased my first z4 and I would like the wheels refurbed, alloyfix not too far from me,

Nice one Mike, sounds like you got a good job at a decent price, however that doesn't excuse you as you should know the script by now :poke: :poke:

Sorry guys I have not mastered how to post photos which is why Paul and Steph get the job on our runs.I will ask him if he will oblige but if you want to see them in the flesh we could meet up and you could have a drive.
