How fast with the roof down ?

148mph on an Autobahn in Germany.

Can't recommend it unless you tuck in under the screen, much like a motorbike!

About 140 on the day I bought the z. I find the faster I go the less air turbulence I get in the cabin (honest guv'!)

Purely out of interest, and being very clear that I wouldn't condone or participate in any such behaviour, does anyone in the SE know where the irresponsible drivers in Kent go to test the v-max of their cars ?

I regullary drive top down more than 200km/h - its much less windy then in barchetta. Although aroun 220-230 you feel like its going to blow your head out.

above 100 you just need a upgraded hifi .... and a hat.. and at that point in winter, you start to be grateful that you have heated seats ...

Nah....

Hit the speed limiter with roof up and down... The little piece of fabric makes little difference to noise level...........

150mph in France in July.Didn't notice any extra noise or buffeting once past the ton, too busy hanging on. :D

168 on that same trip as you :) No feeling in my head after that though ...

In my experience, E89 in far less blowy at high speeds. The quarterlight windows make a big difference. Long distance high speeds are not quire so tiring.

155mph, windows down, no wind deflector and the gf asleep in the passenger seat :D

I can match that sans a sleeping girlfriend (solo run). I have to say - the car felt very stable at such a speed.

Windows down.....you must have been wearing ear protectors???
