How do you stop “utilities called today” phone calls

As the title

They call but there is no ring just leave a voice mail

So can not add them to the blocked callers list

Any ideas
 
I have a bt phone that intercepts all my calls without ringing and only connects allowed calls or people who state their name and I can then accept or refuse
 
No straight to voice mail automated message I could press 55 to call back but still no number displayed

If it showed a number (think it used to) would just block caller

Weird? And a tad sneaky.
How about if you turn your voicemail off? Then it would show as a missed call and hopefully a number?
 
Those making the call can hide caller id if they so wish so not a lot you can do. You can do this yourself on both iPhone and Android.
 
It used to be the case that if you listened all the way to the end of the message it gave you the option to press 9 to stop any more from that number. Not sure if that still applies though?
 
I listened to all the message then all of the options

Option 9 for all options

Option 5 for callers number

Added it to contacts it was already blocked as when I scrolled down to block caller it was already blocked

Now I have the number I will speak to Vodafone
