How do you spot the HVA problem?

if your talking about an engine that is showing the problem in this moment in time it is very obvious - engine will sound real 'tick tick tickety...' instead of purring!

i have had work done on mine, not used it since, so only time will tell

Was it just the HVAs they changed or the full head? I had no joy getting the full head changed.

The HVAs are better but it does still do it
 
sadly just the HVA's, it was hard enough to get them to change them :headbang:

i think Hyundai would respond better

and have they contacted you? the reason I am asking is, I had an issue with my hardtop order and I also emailed him and he replied next day and same sort of format email as you have, and a couple of days later another chap contacted me and investigated my issue and believe it or not, not only they solved my issue but sorted out a better hardtop for me, have to be honest I didn't even think they will even reply! :thumbsup:
 
i have not been contacted by them, i am considering writing a formal letter of complaint

do you have a customer ref number re your issue?if so, email him to Tim Abbott and ask for a quick reply.I just checked the email he sent me, looks identical to the one you had.
