How do you remove leather seat covers?

Does anyone know how to remove the leather seat covers as I have bought a red interior with manual seats as I wanted a change from my all black interior?

My black seats are all singing & dancing with full electrical, heated and electric lumber support and the red seats are heated only :(

I looking at swapping the leathers from one set to the other and then selling the black leather seats as manual.

Anyone done this before and is it a hard job?
 
I recently removed the passenger side bottom seat cover to replace the occupancy sensor. It really wasn't that hard. The most difficult part was removing the plastic sides with the electronic seat controls. The clips that hold it on are hard to see. If you decide to do it yourself I can post some pictures of the side pieces removed and cover.

With respect to the back, I haven't had occasion to remove it, so I not sure how difficult it is.

Thanks for that. If you could send me all the pictures that you have regarding the seat cover removal that would be great.

In the video he is using the cover and cushion. The cover slips right off the cushion, if you want to use your original cushion. Just slip the cover off.

I will post a few pictures later today or tomorrow.
