How do I remove the dash aluminium?

Got the centre vents and the radio out, removed all the screws and the passenger side cup holder but there's something on the passenger side that won't release the trim. Any clues?

Thanks

You need to put your hand through where the passenger air vent was and release the clip that hold the end lug in place. IIRC you can just see it. It comes out of the top of the lug.

Thanks, I've got the bugger in my hand but cant feel how/ what I have to remove. There was a metal ring that I disposed off but now stuck again!

if I remember correctly, need to hold it with your fingers from either side and squeeze and at the same time push the pin upwards.

be careful not to drop it off behind the dash though.
