How do i remove screw cover?

Hi all, after having trouble with the airbag light I am trying to remove the full door card, which is fine until I come to removing the small circular one behind the unlock handle, have seen it done on youtube but he uses a metal 90 deg tool which I know will take a chunk/mark the prying area-looking at the BMW information pages it say sick butyl to it and pull down?-so any tips for removing this out there?-thanks. :)
 
It's not held that firmly, so anything fairly sticky should pull it loose. Pull out and down IIRC, it'll pivot off the bottom edge. You can also try to very carefully prise it out with a small knife tip or similar, albeit with the risk of marking the edge. Minimal if you are very careful.
 
I prised mine out with a small flat end screwdriver.I made a little mark on the edge so I just lightly rubbed the edge down and popped it back in :)
