How do I know which audio setup I have?

I've not long bought my Z4 Coupe (2007) and only noticed today that there are speaker behind the seats. I know there were different factory options for audio setups, but no idea which I have?

Behind each seat there is a large speaker lower down and a smaller speaker above. Each door has a tweeter and speaker....

There are 3 Audio options in the Z4. Basic, Hifi and DSP (Carver/Logic7). Basic has 6 speakers & no amp (with 8 visible grills), Hifi has 10 speakers with an optical amp, and DSP is the Carver system with 10 speakers, optical amp and DSP settings you can change. If you have cubby boxes behind the seats you have basic, if you have DSP settings you have the DSP, anytihng else you have the Hifi option. Anything other than the Basic Hifi is incredibly difficult to upgrade. Carver was the original Launch top Hifi named after the company that designed the Speakers, after 2007 it became the Logic7 system, all have Phillips Speakers.

Mine too. I was a little disappointed I didn't have the Dsp, but it sounds bloody good as is.

Am I being thick - where does it mention the audio package other than the CD Changer?

Unfortunately it would appear you dont have an upgraded audio system RCT_Z4Coupe, as you have the sat nav, it doesnt state you have option S662A RADIO BMW BUSINESS CD

The other options would be:

S676A HIFI LOUDSPEAKER SYSTEM
S677A HIFI LOUDSPEAKER SYSTEM -LOGIC 7 PROFESSIONAL
