How do I check a G29 has adaptive suspensions as a remote buyer?

In an ideal world, where used car dealerships would know what they're selling, this wouldn't even be a question. Unfortunately that's not the case.

I live in the EU and I am looking to buy a car in Germany (neighboring country) due to much lower prices, remotely (after a local mechanic performs a PPI for me) for a G29 Z4.

I'm finding out that most, if not all, dealership do not know the difference between M Sport suspensions and adaptive suspensions, and since I'm looking to buy a 20i/30i with the M Sport package, this is not a standard options. I really want the adaptive ones as the M Sport are too stiff for my liking.

Is there a way to check this to make sure the car has it before I start negotiations? Is there something I can ask them to check for me to be 100% sure?
