HOW DO I ADD AN AVATAR?

TRIED TO COPY /PASTE FROM PHOTOBUCKET BUT UNABLE TO ASSIGN AN AVATAR? ANY HELP

Has to be a small photo though

Go to "User CP"
Click on "Profile"
"Edit Avatar"
Maximum dimensions; width: 120 pixels, height: 120 pixels.
Then upload the photo.

It's a shame the avatar is so restricted on here, I'm on various forums and have never had a problem with avatars before, yet not one of mine will fit on here, even the small usual ones....

Most forums have some limit so why not resize it to fit?

Yep or the built in Microsoft picture manager will do the job. Some picture hosting sites like photobucket will also resize for you these days..
