Hi to everyone, not posted for a long time but been keeping my eye on what's happening, I must say i am missing the Z4 in certain ways but the M3 is a very adequate substitute, i have taken it off the road for winter as i have bought an old hack i am in a position to not have to use it every day, the heart strings often get a tug when i see a Zed and i would say that the M3 will be replaced in the future with a Z4M when my budget allows, no doubt i will get back to regular posting when that time comes.

best wishes to everyone....

Hi Plowy. Good to see you on the forum again. An M3 isn't a bad swap for a Z is it? Not the same, but a mighty fine car all the same.I hope no long term effects of your accident? Keep in touch with us all.

Hey - good to hear from you. See you moved from the Golf the and M3 then - nice.

Can you trust yourself with an ///M?

'Bigshurv....thanks mate, no real issues from the accident, just always counting my blessings to be honest, still can't beleive today that i walked from that wreck but hey I'll take it...

LOL..Phil, trust me, since one dark October evening last year my driving habbits and attitude have changed a bit, the M3 has bigger teeth than the Zed and this one aint gonna bite me !!!!!. the golf GTI only lasted 2 months, was a good car but christ i missed BMW, i got the M3 in March, have been to The Ring in it, done Spa and Croft, it's terrific but i really mean this when i say it don't handle as well as my Z4, indeed as i have done Croft a total of 5 times in my Zed i know to the tenth what the quickest lap was and the M3 don't get within 1.5 seconds of it, so there's a thing for ya.....maybe different on a 'power' circuit granted...a few pics if you missed the last one i stuck up....

was only thinking the other day that we hadn't heard from you... glad to hear everything is ok

You and your car got a mention in Total BMW mag I see, Silverstone is the best Colour for a ///M3 IMO

Welcome back mate and nice to see you back behind the wheel and enjoying it

As said great looking M3 but a Z4M would look so much better :D

Great pics from Spa were there any hotels within walking distance of the circuit say 20 mins walk

GAZ,
