I have found that to get the passenger warm enough with the roof off the heater outlet on the drivers side burns my left leg. Made a vent deflector today out of a bit of stainless and no more burnt leg, just a gentle warm wafting around the footwell. The slight flow restriction on the drivers side also seems to improve flow on the passenger side. (sorry can't get the picture the correct way up)
