Horn issues

I seem to be having some sort of issue with my horn. One day while driving, I heard what seems like a loose screw moving inside my steering wheel when i turn the steering wheel. Did my usual research on the internet and found out that sometimes there really is a screw that becomes loose inside. So I disconnected the battery and waited a few minutes before I removed the airbag on my steering wheel. No loose screw in sight...turned the wheel thinking it was stuck somewhere but still no screw. So I installed the airbag and connected the battery and inserted key on ignition...the horn just started honking. If I remove key the horn will stop. What gives? Could it be that the screw I heard is now stuck somewhere touching metal making my horn turn on? I had to remove a fuse so I can drive the car...

Brought it to a shop thinking i need a new clock spring...they removed the airbag and found a piece of loose metal moving around. Installed the airbag back and fuse and it works fine now. :D
