Horn and wiper issue

Not sure if anyone has had this issue… the other night I walked into my garage and the horn just started to blow by itself with no one near the car. I got in the car and pressed the horn pad and the wipers started going. If I start the car and press the horn pad the horn and wipers will stop and seem to work fine while the car is running.when I shut the car off the horn just continuously blows… I had this same issue once before about three years ago and it stopped on its own and never was able to even trace it down. I haven’t gotten a chance to look at it yet but I do have a battery disconnect switch in the trunk and did shut the battery off since the issue started about 4 days ago. I really don’t know where to start on this being it’s the horn constant, and the wipers intermittantly, I remember the last time this happened if I either turned the wiper control on and then off, or pushed the horn pad and wiper switch on and off at the same time all the issues stopped… anyone have any ideas I could look into, I’m thinking maybe faulty relay or ground somewhere.
Thanks for any advice, Mike

Thanks for the help! Update status is today I did try doing a hard reset on the computer, im not getting any fault codes on the car... I did remove the airbag on the steering wheel and cleaned up all the connections related to the actual horn button, and after reassembling everything I still had the horn blowing issue... I then disconnected the battery and went into the fuse box behind the glove box door and pulled every fuse one by one, everyone of them was good , but I had bought brandnew fuses anyway so I changed them all out, bit kept the one I removed. What I did run into was afterci reconnected the battery, if I pull the fuse for the windshield wiper the horn does stop blowing, but, even with the fuse removed if I turn the wiper on, they do still work, but the horn blows until I shut the car off and then the horn stops whether the car is running or shut down... im assuming the problem is either the wiper control switch is faulty, there's a bad ground, or there's an open relay somewhere. Does anyone know if there is a relay and where it would be? I can't find a schematic for this car anywhere, and BMW has no answers for me...
