Hood locking

Hi folks, Ive had my car a few days now and Ive noticed that when I put the roof down it often doesnt lock into place, I have to give it a push to get it to lock properly. Any ideas if this is a common issue? Is there an easy fix for it?

Im back at the dealers tomorrow so Ill have them look at it anyways.

Moved for you. There are some previous posts on this, and the problem used to be resolved (sometimes) by changing the way the roof folds on its way down. I'll have a look.

Cheers Mike, Ill try that and see how I get on.

I did notice when I was at the dealer that they seem to have replaced the locking bar system with a different mechanism.
