Went here years ago to get the M dyno'd and would be interested to see how many horses have bolted since, also good to compare to other machines. Thinking of either a Dyno day or building in a drive & a breakfast at the same time, depending on interest. Hopefully we can get a discount too.

Edit: Looking like just a drive to start with, Dyno at a later date
 
I'd love to come along if I am allowed in the M3 and the date works out :)

Funnily enough, I was only thinking about getting my car dyno'd yesterday, just so "I know" the figures... Shame it's a bit far for me, maybe I should try an organise a North West version, wonder if there would be any takers? I know there is a place in Warrington...

I think I'll give them a a call...

This is the sort of route I was thinking of, but don't know the roads specifically so any tweaks would be helpful.
Maybe a 7am start, possible stop to meet Sussex people half way, then a brekkie around 8.30/9, followed by rolling road around 10?

Dyno only if numbers reach 10 I would say. Meet breakfast dyno loads of fun :thumbsup: if people then have time after they can arrange a drive.

Or do s meet and drive. I wouldn't try an mix them. I would be very interested in popping along if my car is ready.
 
As with SRHutch I would be more interested in the drive than the Dyno test. Whilst I cannot come up with anything better right now, your route has a lot of (uninteresting) A3 on it?
 
As per the whatsapp group, I'm definitely up for this, date pending!

Route looks really good too Mark; the Selborne road is a cracker :D

One suggestion though - might be nice rather than hacking down the A3, to instead from Milford go to down the A286 to Haslemere, then take the Liphook road to Liphook, then the Portsmouth Road from Liphook to Liss and then take the old A3 down to the Hambarn roundabout to link up to the Selborne road? It might take 5mins or so longer, but very pretty roads - it's basically the 'old A3' :)
 
Maybe we should flesh the drive out then, and as others have said, have it separate from the dyno day

I still think the drive and dyno would work in the same day. Early drives seem to be far better these days with there being so much traffic on the road, and those not interestee in dyno'ing can either pop off home or watch/heckle those dynoing :)
 
I am very interested, not so much the dyno but I wouldn't mind watching others have there's done :thumbsup:
 
I might also try and come, especially if the SE crew is coming. That's another non-Z4 I'm afraid :D
