Holy Sh*t I think I've just bought my first Z!!!

Wooly bunnet and a scarf required then!

And a new set of Tyres too!

Bin the Runflats or keep them until you get shot of the car.

There's loads of info on tyres.

I had a set of Goodyear Eagle F1's GSD3 on the Z4 for about a year and a half.

Then a set of Falken FK452's. Cheaper and with the amount of motorway driving I was doing they were the best option at the time.

Check out the Tyre prices and see if you can get a set of Alloys with Tyres.

You will enjoy this car and it's nearly spring.

Not yet, 24 hrs to go!! I think they must be confident of the sale because they removed the link a day or two ago, which is a shame because I liked staring at my future toy!! :D

Senwar PM'd me yesterday to say he had talked to them and they were currently servicing it and were adding two new tyres to the car - pitty I've already lined up a set of Ellipsoids!! :P but I suppose it will help me sell em, not sure how much i'll get for a set of 17"'s but at least they'll have a couple of new tyres on them which will help.

Don't worry - I'll be right on here posting once I get it (mind you that's after my drive to Sheffield then Preston then home!). :driving:
 
Hi - had a few photos of the inside of my future new motor sent up (wanted to check for any big problems with the interior) and he has sent up the ones below: I must admit they look excellent, the one of the drivers side does have some strange "dirt" or something (although I don't think it had been preped by this point) on the head restraint but apart from that it looks fab. Can anyone notice anything I may not have, only thing I saw (I think) is that it has cruise control which wasn't mentioned....

Looks in good condition

I see cruise control that you thought it may be (smaller lower stalk)
Probably PDC and heated seats judging by the console buttons
Sat Nav of course and memory drivers seat

Can't see sport button or light switch so 2 unknowns from those pics. (well 3 if you want to add cupholders)

Seat pattern is different to most I've seen - Looks nice :)
 
Is that a speaker behind the seat I see?
Meaning upgraded stereo :thumbsup: one of the few things my Z is missing :thumbsdown:

Not sure about the speaker, would be great if it was cause I really wanted the upgraded stereo.

There must be a sport button though eh, because I thought all 3.0i's had a sport button as standard?

Don't think it had PDC though as I don't remember seeing the sensors when looking at the pictures of the back.

Who knows what it has, they've forgotten to tell me about most extras, nice surprises though! :D

Thought I wasn't going to be able to pick it up tomorrow for a minute cause the tax disc is on the private plate, but getting it anyway :driving:

Same as mine, not 100% but the previous older told me it was the upgraded New England leather.
 
8) I can see the pics now, looks really nice.Hope it's a great car for you.Make sure you test the roof before driving off, make sure it's fast and smooth and not sluggish. :thumbsup:
 
I can see 'em too :) Looks good, and defo has the extra speaker behind the seats - I have a pretty useless cubby back there!
