Having had a great driving weekend in France recently at Mr Wilks Chateaux, I just wondered if/how many other members may own a 2nd home/Holiday Home on here with a view to possible swaps ?
We've got a 2 bed apartment on the Gower Coast (South Wales) that would offer a good base for any short driving breaks with close access to the Gower Coast, The Brecons, Pembrokeshire or even Snowdonia at a stretch.(Depending on what direction you head from I suppose).
It's nice to have a bolt hole but sometimes you just fancy going somewhere different, and driving some different roads, (and different shops for Number1 !) so I wondered if anyone was up for a swap in the new year or if anyone else is happy to rent theirs out to forum members ?
