hole in my roof, dents and bumper skuffs

noticed a small hole about the size of a penny on the inside of roof, the inner skin, today no idea how that happened but looking for creative ideas on how to fix it?

also someone’s left me with a nice parking souvenir :x scuffed the rear passenger side bumper all the way down to the plastic *and* a nice dent right on the crease of the rear wheel arch... add in the a long standing winsdcreen crack and the cars looking a bit pathetic at the mo.

So in additon to the roof hole are there any recomentations for a bodyshop or mobile service in the Glasgow area where i can get the bumper/dents looked at?
