I love the little pretentious snide remarks that crop up in between the people who are genuinely enjoying it.

Of course I test drove it.......and in that 5 minute jaunt around Warrington no I'm afraid it didn't assess the long term ability of the car and spine jangling ride I would incur. I don't think I even got out of 4th gear!

Bit of a panic buy to be honest. Sold my car and went to see a jag xk8......hated it and needed to get to work. Look at the z4 and thought it was pretty, engine had a bit of kudos with a straight 6 and plenty of toys.

I don't hate it.....if I never sold it then ive still got a nice car on the drive. I'd just rather scratch the V8 itch and waft about in comfort for a while (with 4 seats!)

As Bing had said, would be good if you could join us at the Lakes, provided you haven't sold your car. I reckon the banter would be good :lol:

Shame you didn't swap the tyres for non run flat. Would have made all the difference :)

The last time I owned a car long enough to change the tyres was the RX8
 
How many gallons of oil per mile did you get in the wankel? Surely the torque in the zed is good, despite the bone shaker ride as per eBay ad? :lol:

That thing was a true piece if crap. Gutless as hell and around 20mpg.

Torque is ok but unfortunately the other car is a 350 which just feels like it pulls a lot better. Its a fast little beggar to be fair but it needed 260/270 bph from that lump I reckon.
 
Over 3500 hits now and 2 offers of 500 quid and just under £2

Hardtop is generating quite a bit of interest though!

V5 came through today as well so its all ready to roll (once I take the plates off).
