Hit and Run

Just read about this, really sorry to hear about your son, but glad to hear he is making progress. I know it's hard but keep your chin up.

Having kids, must admit didn't know what to say when I first saw this. Things like this constantly remind me how lucky I am, so pleased things have improved.

Well, went in to see my son today. He was doing mych better, so i slipped him a spoon full of larger..made him smile ( he not be happy when hes better and tell him it was alcohol free) but he even managed a bit of ice cream too, then back to sleep..so basically he had a drink, something sweet and then went to sleep...just like any other teenager!!! He went for a brain scan at four because he seems to have no motorbility on his right side and his responces are really slow...resultant scan shows NO brain damage. They say he could be like this for up to a year but they see no reason why he wont make a full recovery!!!
 
Very glad to hear there's no evidence of significant brain injury. It must be a major relief for you all to know he's on the road to a complete recovery :thumbsup:
