Hissing from disa

Morning all. This has probably been covered in the past but I'm getting a loud hissing sound from the disa on 04 3.0i e85.
I've been through the entire intake system and so far had the following replaced...
Ccv and all hoses
Intake boot
All vacuum caps
Disa valve with x8r upgrade and new o ring
Icv gasket
Throttle body gasket
Brake booster vacuum pump and all hoses.

Bit none of this has made any difference.
It hisses on idle from the disa valve and gets louder as I accelerate up to around 40% throttle then it disappears.
I've been told this is normal but it sounds awful, it's loud enough to drown the sound of the engine.

I'm no mechanic so I'm trying to explain as best I can, any advice as to what else could cause this would be greatly appreciated.

Hi, have you removed the disa to examine the condition of the rubber sealing ring? They can become worn/damaged & cause vacuum leaks.

Do you mean the seal around the valve itself or the o ring that seats the disa on the manifold? I have replaced the o ring already if that's the one you mean:)

I meant the one that seals the valve against the manifold, i missed that you’d replaced it :oops:
