Hire Purchase and Voluntary Termination

Can anyone recommend someone that might be able to provide financial advice in respect of a hire purchase agreement and voluntary termination?

I'm considering VT against the Merc but the agreement seems to have been constructed rather sneakily to preempt this move so I need to get some advice.
