Hillclimbing

thats an interesting one, i imagine the 4 pot would be very competitive against the heavier more lumbering 3.0 round the corners, and how would a turbo car stay on the power i wonder.. now.. if someone had a supercharged one.. :wink:

I used to take my Z4M up the Loton hill, but that was just to get to my marshal post.
 
I took mine up a closed hill once. Several years ago, when I still did a few track days. It was just a fast sigting run, trying out the hill for a later competition.

Terrifying car for such a task. :o One left hand, granite walled, hair pin in particular was near impossible to take at speed, as you simply can not see or judge where the corner of the car is, with the left front wheel three ft above the right rear.

Get yourself a nice cheap fwd Clio, you will go a lot faster and have a lot more fun. :driving: :wink:
