Just popped in to see it but didn't have time to go for a drive but it looks a good clean car. The bodywork is good, I only found one small mark on the front nearside wing although the paint on the front bumper around the nearside headlight washer looked like it may have been resprayed. Or might have been the light and the fact the car needs a clean. The wheels shows no signs of curbing but have been refurbed by spraying the rims and centres only without splitting. All tyres are OEM runflats with plenty of tread at the front, the rear nearside has about 4mm but the offside has less and will need replacing soon. The inside is good with no signs of wear and tear or leather ageing around the seats. It has both remotes plus the master and 3 service stamps (2 main dealer and 1 independent), due an MOT in a month and taxed till the end of the year.
Overall a good clean car with useful extras although standard business radio and no satnav might put off a few. If it's what you want I would get them to MOT it (checking rear springs specifically) and replace the offside rear tyre. I would think there should be some room for manoeuvre on the price depending on your haggling skills. For info although mine is manual, the spec is about the same and I paid just less than 16k last Dec with 32,000 on the clock.
Good luck!
