Up to 123k here.
Bought at 100k a couple of years ago with a few issues but expecting to get another 100k miles.
The secret ito longevity is good maintenance and no abuse to the engine.
Had over 260k miles from an e36 coupe with M52 engine previously. Bought at around 40k miles.
Still enjoying my Z4 Coupe 3.0si E86 every day, just over 158k miles and counting.
Such a great car and has lived up to everything I dreamed of. Use it every day and put about 15k on a year, bought it with about 47k on.
Was surprised to see I was only one of a few on that poll with that high. Hoping it will go on for much longer! I have seen that post with the 300k one though, serious!
If it helps I have a 2005 2.5i E85 with 106,886 miles and it drives well. Weirdly the main issues I had recently was the alternator going and the door actuator failed. I have found the car mechanically to be sound!
Hi new to the forum and a new 05 3.0i owner which has 195k on it. Serviced all its life by BMW authorized shop. Just had US MOT done and complete BMW check out. Vanos and CCV are original per maintenance records and current check. CCV just starting to go. Looking to replace springs shocks and CCV. Running strong no oil consumption. Not sure it helped but past owners changed oil every 3k? So not sure how long these cars last but this will be just a nice weather cruiser and possible 1,2 long trips a year.
