A aarsavage Member Warwickshire Nov 30, 2025 #1 I replaced one of my headlight ballasts and I was testing them when I got parked up. When I activated high beams with the key at 0 they would fire up but wouldn't turn off until I put the key back in. Is that normal?

enuff_zed Lifer Attleborough, Norfolk Nov 30, 2025 #2 I think that's the 'follow me home' or whatever they call it. Allows you to light up your front door while you get indoors. If so, then you can lock the car and after a few more seconds it will all switch off. Last edited: Dec 1, 2025
