HID headlight bulb pointing to the sky for no reason?

Hi guys, after fitting my HIDs (pics will follow) and hopefully dealing with the condensation issue, my headlight on the side I have been working at is definitely pointing higher than the other one. Thing is, I haven't touched the bulb and it was fine before I started sorting out the condensation. My lights do an auto-level sort of thing when I turn them on, and both sides seem to be doing it fine. Any ideas what's going on or how I resolve it? I think I can manually adjust it, which is no issue, but I just want to know why it has happened or if this is indeed what I need to do.

Bulb not fully seated when you first installed it or has now slipped in the holder??

Headlight motor sticking?

This happened on my Z....But after levelling,one light was pointing down. I removed the headlight motor and cleaned connections,it never happened again.

Will check the bulb and headlight motor. How do I remove the headlight motor Z4M?
