Hi All, Pick up my new 2.5 Si on Monday 23rd. My first Z and my first BMW car. Been a motorcyclist most of my life and still have my BMW 1200 gs but deserve a little comfort in my retirement! Forum looks great with lots of help and info available. I'll have a little play first and then submit some images! Stay safe, Dell.

Hi and welcome. CHECK YOUR ZED OVER THOROUGHLY BEFORE HANDING OVER YOUR DOSH.

Too easy to get caught up in the moment and grab the keys for your first drive. Once out of the showroom it's always difficult to attribute any damage you may find to the dealer. I'm sure this wont be the case an all will be in order - but just take a few moments to walk round......

+1 - have you had an AA check done ? I recently got caught out with a £800 bill for stuff that i suspect would have been picked up if I had had one done 7 months ago when I bought my Z...
