Unless you get a very rare duffer (every make model has some) there are not any real worries... if you do a search there is a buyers FAQ guide (or something) in the newbie section IIRC this will tell you the few things to keep and eye on (springs, roof motor, air bag...)
Which year are you looking at and roadster or coupe?
One thing it is worth doing, see which spec you want and check on here to see what you can easily retro-fit.
