Hi Guys!

Long time browser, first time poster on here! I’ve had my 2003 e85 Z4 3.0 manual so since 2011 and nothing comes close, love it to bits!

Although I’ve had her religiously serviced there are some bits that I desperately need doing that I was hoping for a bit of guidance to, mainly around that notorious roof motor :-(

Well it’s just failed as per the course, although I had read there is a mod to get it out of it’s watery hole and into the boot? I remember there being a guy on here local to me (camberley) that was brilliant at doing it but for some reason I can’t find his name or contact details? If anybody could help that would be amazing!

The man you need is forum member "Bowser134". His name is Ross and after 15 years at Sytner he set up his own place last year and trades as RBM Hampshire Ltd in Hook, Hants on the A30.

Welcome, I have a similar car and love it to bits. Owned it for almost 2 years, mainly normal maintenance items like the front lollipops and when two coil packs played up replaced the remaining four as a precaution. They are fairly straight forward cars. Have fun.
