Hello to all on the forum. You all seem like a helpful bunch so just wanted to check in after getting my first Z4.
Which is a White 2.0i with red leather 2016. I had the wheels refurbished in anthracite as they were a bit scuffed in places. This is a replacement for a mx5 m1 (uk spec) which I've had for 7yrs and I am told has to be sold!
I wanted something a bit more practical as the Mazda wasn't being used enough but I have to say it is a hoot to drive.
Cheers for now
Chris

Thanks for the welcome. Borders meet sounds good. Great roads around here and not much traffic, well worth checking out.

Welcome to the world of Zed. Quite a looker. 8) Going to feel like a different planet from a MK1 Mx5.

No.. Thought I recognised the Reg...I liked the look of it and it was still advertised on Motors.co.uk so I popped in through the week to check it out only to be told it was sold a fortnight ago. Nice looking Car. Just been out and bought one today. Bit different but similar spec. in silver.
How are you enjoying it.

OK Just changed reg back to original as the private plate didn't come with car. Yes it great, just getting used to it as handling is way different to MX5. Obviously much more power so still a bit cautious round the bends. Much more room in the boot so the Missus will be happy to holiday in it. Mind the chap who bought the mx5 went for 3 weeks round Europe in a 5 by just using the boot as the suitcase (no bags)
What did you get? I will look out for you. We quite often go up to Edin' so will go through your area.

Not sure how to get photo in the post, when I click on the photo icon it just pastes image in text no photo? Advise and I can show you what I bought.

Seems you sorted the photo posting. Very nice car, is it a 2.0i. Thats strange mine is now HF66. Hope to see you on the road somewhere.
By the way do you have cruise as I dont and miss it on the motorway. On the golf I have adaptive cruise which is fantastic.
Chris
