Hi everyone, I have just bought a 2003 2,5 auto. It's awesome Immaculate with 49k.
As a newbie, I'm hoping we all get a couple of obvious questions so forgive me but here goes. In the boot is the wind deflector- can I fit it and leave it - even when the hood is up ( told you it was a bit obvious)
Thanks in advance for any/ all replies.

I live in highland Perthshire and the weather at the moment is brilliant so at this point, after owning it for only 10 days, i am very fortunate to own this car and gain this brilliant experience. Did not pay a lot for it but what a vehicle - best mid life crisis yet!

Welcome. The wind deflector is designed to be mounted whether the roof is up or down, so no worries about leaving it in place between the seats.
How about some pics of the new-to-you machine?

Welcome, enjoy your new car :driving:
As above,I leave my Wind deflector permanently fixed between the roll bars.

Welcome to the forum. There will always be someone to answer your questions here.

Weather is fabulous at the moment! Drove through Crieff on Sunday and if there were a few less cars on the road it would have been perfect

Hi and welcome. You have some lovely roads up there. Did the NC500 back in April, what a blast :driving:

Hi and welcome,
As above the only time my wind deflector sees the boot is when the hard top goes on.

Stuart

I leave my wind deflector in place too but worry about it getting nicked if I leave the car unattended with the roof down. Are my concerns valid or should I chill out about it?? :o

Welcome from another 2.5 2003 Scottish owner.
Similar mileage with 48k.
Some great roads around you that I like to visit on a regular basis, the road from Aberfeldy to Crieff is one of my favourites for a spirited drive. :D

Welcome from another Perthshire owner, usually out & about in the big country!!....although I've been in Warrington this week with work and off to north Wales on Sat for a wee break.
Maybe see you about, whereabouts in Perthshire roughly are you based?

Welcome from Edinburgh! Getting quite a contingent going, up here! :)

Yes, but are you Scots trading your cameras for Zeds? Only that could explain the spectacular lack of pics of this alleged new acquisition.

Oh, and welcome!

Enjoy :driving:
