Hi there,
Just picked up my 2004 3.0i SE last night, bought it from a farmer so it needed a bloody good clean! But....now that
it's washed and polished it gleams :D
Previous cars have included a 600SL, F355 convertible and recently sold 423bhp WRX, (a lovely car bit ohh so LOUD)!
Am very impressed with the performance/handling of the Z, need to tidy up the BBS's but apart from that all is well. :driving:

Anyway, in case it doesn't appear...Thanks to you all for the friendly welcome.
Firstly with regards to some pics, they will be posted at the weekend as I am working in London this week so leaving early and getting back late :(

Taz, I'm sure its a Z4 as the farmer said it only runs on premium diesel not the red stuff. Who said farmers were having a bad time? A 10 plate discovery in the driveway plus a host of other decent vehicles all with private plates.

Ferrelscent, have a guess as to what I paid, 2004 3.0i SE with multifunction steering wheel, cruise etc etc, full BMW history. Mind you I had to chase the guy a lot to get the deal done including one wasted journey to pick up the car when his girlfriend wouldn't sell it to me as she wanted more money!

Rud_2002. I live in Farnborough, Hampshire so if there are any local/ish meets I'm glad to show my ugly face.

As someone who is never happy with his cars, I'm looking at the Miltek exhaust system and a re-map. Anyone have any comments on these issues?

Nice selection of previous cars and a testament to the z that you think its not too out of its depth among those names. Look forward to some pics and as regards a price, difficult when we dont know mileage but probably somewhere in the middle of 9.5k to 12.5k. Near?

You're all WAY OUT on the price I paid, (if any of you want to take it off my hands for what you think I paid I'd be a couple of grand up) :thumbsup: !!! Definately a bargain considering the toys and detailed service history.

I'm assuming that you and your neighbour share the same good taste in cars? A blue and a silver Z4 next to each other on the way to the Shell garage :D
 
Theres two next door to each other on the road from Cove to Fleet, plus one where my daughter lives in the new Concept development.
