As an E89 owner I am warming to the E85 and the pics of your new purchase are enhancing that. Looks really good from here. You've come to the right place. Lots of experience and advice here. Enjoy!
 
Hi Alan, welcome to the forum from a fellow 2.2 owner, the car looks great and love the wheels. A :thumbsup: m I correct in thinking that they were designed for the car when it was first shown?
 
Thank you,As far as Im aware the wheels came as standard to the car although I stand to be corrected. :)
These are my favorite wheels for the Z4 and the only thing that I would have liked would have been leather interior,although the cloth is still very smart. :thumbsup:

Don't worry, it's a non-purist thing to get rid of the orange indicators in the headlights. Personally it looks to me like you have a nice original model there. Whilst it's your choice I think I'd be spending my money elsewhere, but keep the looks as they were intended to be.
 
Just IMHO the orange lenses looks right on the darker colours. :wink: Just my personal :)

It was the fashion a while back to de-tango Z3's and 4. Fasion currently is to revert back :lol:

Whilst I lean towards purism, I went back to look at the OPs pics and yes, the orange really does contrast with the silver, whereas it provides a highlight on the darker colours.
 
Oh! I have been looking on ebay to see if I can change to non orange and how much it would cost but if everyone is going back to original perhaps I wont.
