Hi, I'm Tony a Brit who has lived in Japan for 26 years.
I did not drive for many years and this year went back to Japanese driving school and passed my test, got my Japanese license.
For my first ever car, I chose the BMW Z4 20i (G29) with all the add-ons, adaptive suspension Harmon Kardon, etc.
Dealer said it was the last time because orders for the Z4 close with them now.
I thought the M40i a bit much for me as I am kind of new to driving and also in Japan, I ain't gonna get the full benefit due to lower speeds.
I ordered it August 28 and I take delivery next week (October 11) from the BMW dealership here.
I chose black sapphire, cognac seat, shadowline trim, and the 19 inch black wheels.
I am looking forward to driving it around Japan and finding out more about the car and from the experience of others.
