Hi, do you know which model z4 appeals most yet - there’s a choice of e85 (or e86 coupe) e89 and g29 :thumbsup:

No idea if it helps, but as much as I loved the M54 in my E46 the N52 in my first E86s (and current E90) was so much better!

But if an MC is in budget why wouldn't you? Although I may be biased. :roll:
 
Ye been reading a fair bit about the N52, seems a sorted engine. I’m wondering if I can justify a MC tbh. Got my VW T5, e46 330ci, motorbike, scooter n getting asked ‘how many toys do you need ??’ 😂 Maybe a Z4 3 ltr facelift could be the compromise 🤦‍♂️😆
 
Based on my experience the N52 is a great engine, but the S54 is just special on a different level - albeit at a cost!

Still there is no wrong answer.
