Finally got my dream car (ok so it was the e86) but having had a soft top from the age of 20-38…i fancied something more all weather.


I couldn’t pass on the chance to be heavily judged for every styling decision and indecision i made on reddit so setttled on an e89 woth aroubd 100k miles.


Jokes aside, it seems like a great place here. (Also have a 1989 mini so know my way around forums and have handed out a fair amount of advice!)

Ive got a ton of questions on debadging, boot and bonnet sizes for emblems, tyre choices and what i think may be a horrific leak from transmission/gearbox - but before burgeoning anyone with that - i’m here to drop a simple ‘hi’
