and also forums. I am in need of new front shocks. Maybe someone could recommend sensibly priced replacements road use only. Seen some pre assembled from a company called Aerosus uk any ideas and opinions welcome.

Worth factoring in new top mounts and front pinch bolts, too

Down to your budget and skill set, if you haven't got access to a spring compressor and don't feel confident enough to deal with splitting ball joints and undoing the strut bolts pre assembled struts would simplify things. You would save money buying all the parts required from suppliers like Autodoc on their Website and Carpartsinmotion on ebay who are in fact Autodoc by another trading name so I am told and putting them together yourself.
