If I read it right, it was initially registered as a demo car - I've never known anyone to treat a demo car 'sympathetically' so it's likely that it'll have been ragged around from the moment it was first fired up...

That is big money for sure, a collector could be interested in that and it looks a decent spec.

This car has been posted here numerous times.
It was for sale privately early 2014 at £30k, Hexagon bought it and had it up at £40k, it sold but then approx. 1 year later they had it back and up for £50k.
If they can sell it for anywhere near that then good for them, and us I suppose.
