Unbelievable some people really shouldn't be driving,you hear about this sort thing all the time people ending up on railway tracks because the satnav said so and it is never there fault.
I will admit... something like this has happened to me once.
Followed the Garmin GPS which was set to 'shortest route' on a road trip to New York. For the most part it was correct, then it turned me down a side street, and down a short road, then passed some very tall fences...
... then I had a security guard car pull in front of me and stop us, and another car came from behind and blocked us in.
We looked out the passenger side window and saw sniper rifles trained on us from atop a big fenced off building.
Turns out the shortest route from Toronto to New York involves cutting through a high-security Prison in Pennsylvania.
Those Americans sure take their security seriously.
Didn't take long for me to figure out the Garmin should've been set to 'fastest route'.
