You could factor the cost into a proper detail but I do wonder looking at the pics and condition how it's been looked after
Those 20" wheels will destroy the ride and handling. Any buyer will need to get new wheels and tyres. So really it's a cost of £16k minimum. If not £16.5k. Plus the scratch will cost a bit to remove

I'm looking to buy one but this seems a bit low priced for the mileage. Photos aren't very good and its missing its M badges.

The 20" wheels are n the other car.
Think the scratch would need some paint though, really can't see that wet sanding would get it out.
