Ah sorry, that's a shame.
The wife also drives like Lewis Hamilton. It would worry me if she had 360hp under her right foot. :o

Always liked the look of some Audis (from the outside) and had them on the list of possible cars to own at some point in the future.
Had an A5 courtesy car a few years ago, it looked great but it just didnt feel right while sitting in it.
Its was hard to pinpoint what I didnt like about it but my wife agreed that it felt strange.

They do have offset pedals, apparently, although never noticed it in the A6 from years ago.
My BIL had a Passat a few years ago and sold it because it gave him back ache. He put that down to the offset pedals aswell! :?

Back in 2003 a work colleague had an A3 company car and was always complaining about being uncomfortable driving it, but I thought being 6'3" tall may have been a factor too.

Until I got a Seat Leon Cupra soon after and found that on a long run (200+ miles) I was getting cramp in the calf of my accelerator/brake leg!

I think the angle of the pedals was as much of a factor as the offset, and not having Cruise meant I couldn't have a rest (I'm only 5' 9").

Sold the Leon in 2005 when I began my BMW journey and I've never had that issue since!

And I'd never buy a white car anyway.

So the Audi thing didn't pan out, for one reason or another.
Got fed up with looking at tat so signed on the line for this today...320i (B48 engine) F31 in 'luxury' trim. Don't quite know what the luxury is as it isn't exactly brimming with toys! Low miles, great service history (every 3k miles yearly) though. Looks like Melbourne Red to me. £10k cheaper than some of the Audis I was looking at.

Just realised that once this arrives and the new E89 (if my transporter ever actually gets it), we will have only BMWs in the household....
F31
E89
E36 Z3
and a Mini.

Very nice.
Hope they're sorting that front wheel first though?

Nope! All four need attention but they are not as bad as they look (mostly lacquer peel). I will do them myself or may even get some different used wheels.

Most excellent ! N4LLY Approved :D

Super colour combo :)
My equivalent of your X3, mate. For going to the tip, fishing and general duties.

Can never go wrong with an estate BMW  I had an F series 5 series for a bit and it was a joy to own, never put a foot wrong. Always fancied an estate version of those

Just need the Alpina version though ... I drove one last week and that was rather nice to drive.
