hi,
for my 2012 z4 230i i can not open my roof from outside by remote as usual but i can do it from inside car only why !!!!!

Hi and welcome on the forum. Someone will be glad to help you out, as I have no idea what the problem could be. But you could consider installing a GapTech module: easier in use and might solve the problem all the way.

If not: go to your dealer to check if it is still correctly coded.
 
It's difficult to diagnose over the internet with such little information but here's a few ideas.
When you say you can't open it "as usual" is this something that has worked previously but now stopped?
What are you doing to initiate the remote opening?
I understand that there are several interlocks to prevent inadvertent operation - eg doors closed as well as the boot storage partition.
Is the remote fob locking/unlocking the car?
Are the batteries in the fob getting old and deteriorating?

Give us a little bit more information to try and narrow down the problem :wink:

I have had the same problem, it was a faulty microswitch on the car which BWM replaced as part of my warranty
 
Your car will still be under warranty so I wouldn't worry too much.
If it was working then suddenly stopped then there must be a fault so just take it back to your dealer to fix.
