Help with shopping list for my Z4MC!

Well after buying Paza's Z4MC unfortunately I am in need of a few things, that's life really; some things I knew about, some I didn't...

I am looking at buying these parts for the cheapest price, must be OEM and preferably from UK. Am hoping to fit myself with a mechanic who lives on my road and takes payment in packs of 24! So here goes:

1. Rear brakes - Need discs and pads. They are completely shot. Will I need anything else such as wear sensor, nuts/bolts etc?

Yep you guessed it, broken o/s rear spring! This is what was causing an annoying rattle, so thinking best to replace both sides on the rear...What do I need? Not fussed for eibach unless people really think its worth it?

3. Xenon light washer jet and cap:

I've been advised to get a cap in prime and take it to local paint shop for spraying but am struggling with part numbers & prices on both the jet mechanism and cap. Why did it come off in the first place?! Maybe because...

4. Windscreen washer bottle/container. Basically I fill this up and it just leaks out everywhere over 5mins until it's empty. I haven't disconnected it yet but am thinking I will need a new one of these?

5. Pen holder!

As you can see the plastic grip that sits in the hole has snapped. BMW say I need to buy a whole new pull down flap panel!

6. Air vent silver/chrome trim. Appears this has snapped off :( What the middle good ones look like:

Again BMW are saying I have to buy a whole vent for ridiculous money...

I think that's it, for now! Here's a pic of the car so it's not all doom and gloom, she's worth the money :wub:

rear springs disks and pads are a doddle to change and can be done on your own a couple of guides in the how to section.... as to the pen holder and other bits of trim i would say check out the scrappers in your area as these bits should be easy to get as they are standard parts..
 
You'd think with all these springs snapping that they'd be a recall job, or that you'd be able to get them on warranty for longer than the usual warranty period...?!

Took mine in at over 4 years old and the Service Manager rang BMW and got it done for me for 'free' as a goodwill gesture. Always worth a try :thumbsup:
 
I'll help with the washer bottle, very easy to remove, one bolt iirc. Remove it and take a look.
