Help with roof!

Just took roof off and got my motor working again!

But... Roof back on and testing is being a pain! Roof will go up fine and lock but will not unlatch or go down? Everything is wired up as it should be. It's not completely bolted back down yet though, would it be a sensor somewhere stopping it going back? HELP!!
 
It's not the boot tray sensor is it mate?

You know, shelf you can flick up to increase boot size, it has a sensor on it.
 
It sounds like the micro sensor switch to me too.. does the roof light flash red.. but then nothing?
 
The sensor is on one side next to the metal brakcets that fold in half. I cant remember which side though, think it was drivers side?

So found the micro switch on the rear bulk head. The parcel shelf moving up and down switches the micro switch. Should of taken a pic! Thanks gents! Got it sorted!!
