Help with pricing?

Hello - hope this ok to post. I want to sell an E85 but I'm very unsure as to what the right value is. The selling forum says I need to give a price in the post, but I'm not sure what is sensible. Don't want to make this look like a "sale" post, so not supplying pictures.

Here is a basic rundown:

M54 3.0 SI c.100,000miles
Style 42 wheels 3 in good condition, one needing cosmetic attention

All body panels in excellent condition except 2 very minor dings in the rear bumper
Roof fully operational reconditioned, relocated motor
Business CD multi changer (only used the head, not tested the multi)
Sports seats (not MSports). Fully electric (passenger and driver) with memory button presets, fully working. Can send pics.

Problems:
4 lights on the dash, generated by headlights and Pillar model as below
Minor leak to radiator reservoir
Very minor oil leak
Incorrect Xenon headlights fitted - should be Halogen
Left pillar module water damage
Battery needs charging or replacing
Valve seals - not urgent but on the list

Was a runner up til 2 months ago, but battery flat and no MOT.
 
Without that airbag issue I would have said £3500-4000.
With the issue you can knock at least £500 off that.
Sounds harsh but a bit of searching on this forum will show you the truth of it. £200 to source a secondhand module, crossing your fingers it’s a good one, then find someone who can code it in.
Members of this group have been warned time after time to check the airbag light comes on for a few seconds, so blanking it off won’t work to sell it on here.
 
Also, no such thing as a M54 3.0 Si. It’s either a M54 3.0i or a N52 3.0Si. If the former, @enuff_zed ’s assessment is about right, but there’s never been a 3.0Si as cheap as that in my experience.
