Help with my knob! And some clips

I have an msport gear knob, it used to light up, it was always slightly loose, so decided to unscrew it more like pulled it clean off :lol: so my question, can you re-attach the wires inside? How do get it to stay on properly? And finally, the skirt cover got caught and managed to break the plastic clip that keeps the sill cover on, 2 of 4 boo.

Is it not a standard part? Had same glow as a dash, looks standard lol.
