...and i have no idea what they mean.

so can someone please help understand what they mean and help me to fix it too?

thanks in advance.

Is your car battery old, as old batteries throw weird electrical issues up.
Have you had the head unit out at all,
Check all plugs are locked in properly have a look at radio antenna connection as I think that's what ref. In you picture
If behind head unit OK , do you have the amp next the the battery in the boot, is that sat in water
Iirc part of the antenna runs behind the rear bumper you want have a look at the condition of that,
Am sure someone will point you in a better direction than the above , but see how you get on

Funny you mention the battery! I had a feeling something was up with it because when I unlock the car using the remote, it wouldn't work and sometimes it would take the roof down. Checked the voltage. It's 12.2. I've now hooked the charger up. Also. I noticed something white battery acid looking stuff with the plus n minus cables connect...pics below...

anyone know what the white stuff is? also, I will have a look at getting the stereo out if the low voltage of battery being fixed doesn't solve the issue.

Lead oxide I believe. Clean it with a bit of baking soda and tiny bit of water mixed into a paste. Wipe all that off then use petroleum jelly to stop it coming back.

If you've only got 12.2 V that's about 50-60% charge, worth considering replacement - £60 can get you a decent battery online.

Mine started playing up with the windows, they wouldn't pop back up after shutting the door - engine started fine though. If it's spare and has discharged then it won't hold full charge ever again. Conditioner may help prolong the inevitable but new ones aren't much. I got a Varta E44 online for about £65, rock solid 2 years later.

cool mate, thanks for the advice. and I cant wait to receive my boot light! its exactly what I needed when I was messing about with the battery at night the other day!!

Update. Had the stereo out. Looks ok to me at the back. Everything looked connected ok. I scanned for errors and got this...

Guess it's an amp issue?
