Help With a Part Number

Hi all, I've just purchased a 2.5si from a previous forum member (chris999) and there were a few bits and bobs included with the car including two plastic trim pieces. Part nos are 7895952.0 and 7895951.0. I've had a quick Google and look on RealOEM but cant find them and Chris didn't know what they are for. Any idea what they are are?

Strange that they aren't on RealOEM either. Unless I'm not looking properly but I can usually find pretty much every part I've needed.

My guess is they're covers off a different car, happy to be proved wrong. Lets see what the forum says . . .

They’re not from the rear bulkhead near the roll over hoops and seat belt area are they? Can’t say I’ve seen trim pieces like that either though

I can’t see anywhere they’d fit TBH but the hardtop is on at the mo.

Yeah, very odd. I may pop in to my local BMW service centre purely out of curiosity.

Sorry to resurrect an old post, but was giving my e85 a bit of a clean today and found one of these under the drivers seat. What ever it is its for the left side so I am obviously missing one for the right side. Googled it and it came up with this thread. Wondered if anyone was any wiser a year on.
